The course is based on survival-type English which a beginner student needs to learn to communicate following arrival in an English speaking country. The choice of a theme for each week is prescriptive. Different themes may be incorporated into the week at the discretion of the class teacher(s).
Students who progress at a slower rate than expected can take advantage of the rotation system of having a new course begin every 12 weeks and repeat part or all of the course again.
