The way people do things can also be different. For example, in some countries, if you are sick, you simply go to the doctor's clinic and wait for him/ her to see you. During these tough economic times, it may be difficult to find part-time employment. There is also a large number of overseas students in Sydney, and therefore,a lot of competition, even for positions that do not require qualifications.

While Global English cannot guarantee that we can find you a part-time job, we may be able to direct you to an appropriate employer, recruitment agency of people from your local community that may have employment positions available.

Advice on further education

Studying English at Global English College is probably your fist step in your studies here in Australia . Most students study English because they have to reach an English level that will allow them do further studies. Such studies could be vocational courses or higher education courses such as Bachelors and Master degrees. You will probably have an idea already of the field in which you would like to study, for example, Hospitality, Accounting or Engineering.
